Good morning, John

Welcome, John.

Your overview of tech adoption across KLCC.

7 tools

KLCC's live tech stack — plus what's in trial, under review, and what you've passed on. CC klcc@the-cast.org on all vendor communication (demos, quotes, contracts, support threads) and CAST automatically tracks adoption progress against each tool, surfaces stalled trials, and nudges owners when it's time to follow up.

30 MayTested on opening night highlights. Clips landed in our socials within 12 minutes of curtain — strong for same-night posting. Continuing to evaluate against current workflow.

07 JunA: For organisations like KLCC that already have strong operational systems, what's often missing is leadership visibility across all events, confidence in what's being approved, and a defensible record of decisions, risk and assumptions. Rather than AI assisting with individual tasks (like AskMo), it's embedded into Evatto to guide the entire process — less a task assistant, more the structural layer that ensures every event is properly scoped, approved and governed. Evatto sits above existing systems.

07 JunA: 1) Avatars are completely optional — a presentation layer for orgs that want a branded visual host (landed well at NY Toy Fair, contextualising 700 exhibitors via a 2D squid). 2) It's not a separate platform — the guide embeds as a widget on existing sites or shares as a single link. 3) On the DOAC tour: Spark autonomously pushed real-time updates across all cities/languages during last year's super typhoon. Broader signal: support questions into inboxes dropping ~80%; SXSW deployment used by people in 20+ countries pre-event, no app or account needed. The KLCC play is offering Alias to event organisers as a value-add — better conversational intelligence and attendee insights pre, live and post event.

05 JunReally like this one — looks simple to use, definitely one to watch. Strong potential for our CCTV analysis: pulling out information for incident reports or post-event reviews (accidents, thefts, incidents, queuing). We already have AI analytics on live and recorded footage (flow dynamic + hot spot analysis rolling out soon), but easy search/extract/splice/save of footage looks genuinely useful. Adjacent area we're exploring: sentiment analysis on filmed audiences — focused, smiling, bored, disengaged — analyse and report feels a small step further.

Not moving forward
05 JunCan't comment in detail — assuming this is aimed at smaller hotels/venues that don't run a larger ERP (Fidelio, Momentus, Infor, CVent). Not a fit for us right now.
